What is your return/exchange policy?

Normally return/exchange policy is 14 days upon the arrival of the product.

What will happen if the products arrive damaged?

Each item travels with a professional packaging made by industry experts who have been sending glass all over the world for over twenty years.
Receiving a broken item is therefore a very rare event but in the very rare case of breakage during transport, giving notice within three days of receipt, we will respond completely to the event by providing for the replacement of the damaged piece completely free of charge.

How do I track my order?
